Overview
Lenovo is seeking a Project and Process Analyst to support and lead strategic Services projects, working at the interface between business areas, global teams, and external partners. The professional will be responsible for structuring, documenting, governing, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities, and driving end-to-end projects and processes — ensuring efficient transitions to operations, with a strong focus on results, quality, and customer experience. The role also involves supporting administrative and operational activities within the BT/IT area.
