Job Description
Basic Qualifications
Experience in payroll operations
Knowledge of employment/labor laws and trends
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including: pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc.
Experience handling confidential information
High school diploma, or equivalent
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record management
Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet recurring payroll deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with accounting concepts and tax regulations, laws and standards
Bachelor's degree, or experience using PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP, ADP or other HR management and Payroll systems as well as call center applications
