The Amazon Catalog Management Strategist is responsible for owning the execution and performance of Amazon & online retail organic / catalog management strategy within their book of business. They are oriented towards the clients’ business success, tying their efforts to the greater business goals. They are self‑starters, adept problem solvers, and autonomously own their responsibilities. The Strategist works hand‑in‑hand with account leadership to ideate and evolve the strategy of their service within the broader go‑to‑market plan of the brands they work with. They are responsible for owning execution, tracking, reporting, and client communication of catalog updates, promotional strategy, issue resolution / case management, online retail SEO and CRO strategy, sometimes with the support of a Specialist.
