- As Logistics Operations Senior Specialist your primary role will be working closely with multiple business teams/stakeholders, establish local logistcis solutions to promote category development tactics and user experience, you need to identify pain points and solution leads using data, drive process standardization & optimization via SOP creation and continuously process enhancements.
1) Build local logistics solutions in Mexico to support the development of key categories (FMCG, fashion, etc.), responsible for local logistics service providers introduction and optimization, constantly optimize user-oriented experience metrics 2) Find out Sellers operational & logistics pain points within alignment of Supply Chain & Logistics strategies and overall business direction.
