- 1. Mexico Category Planning: from data to insight, it mainly studies Mexican consumer demand, category opportunity points (new products/seasonal/competitive equivalence) and formulates corresponding category and commodity planning, introduces goods and adjusts category structure through coordination with national stations and China and Taiwan, and revises category ghost planning schemes through continuous data review.
2. Merchant commodity operation mechanism Establishment: the planning is implemented into the daily operation and maintenance plan, and the original category planning and commodity efficiency improvement are realized through data-based capability (data rules/collaborative products) and project management to form a plan, core index confirmation and operation action design (commodity operation and maintenance rules).
