This role is critical to AlayaCare’s Security team, reporting directly to the Director, Information Security and Privacy. The GRC Manager will oversee compliance programs, ensuring continuous readiness for audits and certifications. You’ll closely collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks while ensuring they align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead maturation of compliance programs and certifications
• Develop and execute a multi-year GRC strategy
• Coordinate external audits and customer security assessments
• Collaborate with Engineering to streamline compliance
