Overview
AECOM is seeking an Airside Civil Engineer – Airport Project to join our team. This position is based on-site in Mississauga.
We are looking for professionals to help build one of the most advanced, sustainable and passenger-friendly airports in the world. This is a newly created position.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice and guidance throughout the planning, design, and delivery phases of the program, focusing on civil design and construction, ensuring compliance with applicable codes, standards, and technical requirements.
- Oversee civil design and construction activities, including review of designs, submittals, and testing procedures to ensure alignment with project specifications.
- Conduct Facility Alteration Permit (FAP) compliance reviews for proposed renovations, alterations, maintenance work, and new construction projects.
