Job Description
Position Summary
The Aircraft Technician- Structures will be responsible for assembly, fitting, modification, and inspection of structural components used in sub-assemblies. This role requires interpreting engineering drawings, precision measurement, use of hand and power tools, drilling, riveting, fastening, structural repairs, and maintaining quality and safety standards.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform structural repairs/major modifications and installation tasks under the supervision of a licensed Structures Technician in a manufacturing production environment.
- Apply knowledge of standard practices and structure systems; accurately interpret maintenance manuals, service bulletins, drawings, system schematics, engineering orders, test documents, and manufacturer’s installation manuals.
