Aircraft Stress Engineer

• Perform stress analysis of aircraft structures using FEM tools and classical methods.
• Evaluate static strength, fatigue, and damage tolerance at the aircraft level.
• Prepare stress reports and documentation for certification authorities (FAA, EASA, DGCA).
• Collaborate with design, loads, aerodynamics, and manufacturing teams to optimize structural layouts.
• Support ground and flight test programs, correlating analytical predictions with test results.
• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and review their analysis work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in aircraft stress analysis or structural engineering.
• Strong knowledge of fatigue, fracture mechanics, and composite analysis.
