**Role Description:**
Assist the Standardization Pilot with the implementing the organizations Aircrew Training Program, ATP. Responsible for conducting Rotary Wing, RW crew member training and evaluations, administration of standardization program, i.e. flight records, Air Wing Information System, AWIS, publications and references. Monitors flight instruction to include aircraft transition training, annual proficiency reviews, and flight evaluations. Plan flight assignments and obtain information regarding the purpose of the flight, weather, operating procedures and special instructions.
