The Air Freight Specialist ensures the end-to-end execution and coordination of air freight operations, delivering a high‑quality customer experience while ensuring compliance with operational processes, regulatory requirements, and service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute air freight shipments (import and export) in line with customer instructions and operational procedures.
• Act as primary operational point of contact for customers, providing timely updates and ensuring service expectations are met.
• Review shipment documentation to ensure accuracy of cargo details, rates, and transport instructions.
• Monitor shipment milestones and proactively manage exceptions, delays, or disruptions.
