AI Systems Lead

ExaCare AI is hiring an AI Systems Lead to build and operate the internal AI engine that powers how the company scales. This cross‑functional role sits across Sales, RevOps, Growth, BizOps, and more, and is responsible for designing and implementing the systems, workflows, and data infrastructure that drive efficiency across the company.

As a hands‑on builder, you will design, prototype, and ship systems directly, not just define requirements or manage projects. You will work closely with leadership teams to ensure AI is embedded into day‑to‑day workflows and drive time savings across teams.

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and deploy internal tools, data pipelines, and AI workflows used daily across sales, ops, and product.
