AI Interior Visualization SaaS Platform

Project Overview
We want to build a web-based AI SaaS platform for interior product dealers (wallpapers / PVC panels / decorative sheets).
The system should allow dealers to:
Upload a room image
Automatically detect walls
Select product from their catalog
Generate realistic preview using AI
Download and share preview (WhatsApp ready)
This is a commercial SaaS product, not a prototype.
Core Functional Requirements
A. AI Image Processing Engine
The system must:
Automatically detect walls using segmentation (SAM or similar)
Apply selected texture using Stable Diffusion / ControlNet
Maintain correct perspective alignment
Adjust lighting / blending for realistic output
Generate output within 20–40 seconds
Manual masking is NOT acceptable.
B. Multi-Tenant SaaS Architecture
Each dealer should have:
Secure login
Separate product catalog
Separate preview history
Monthly usage counter
Subscription expiry control
