We are building an internal AI Agent Platform for Oracle LATAM, focused on automating commercial processes such as outreach, lead qualification, and campaign execution across channels like WhatsApp and other digital platforms.
Position Overview
We are looking for an AI Engineer to work in a hands‑on capacity, responsible for developing, deploying, and optimizing AI agents within the platform. This role combines technical development with execution, working closely with business and technical teams to deliver real business impact.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience with Python or JavaScript
- Experience working with REST APIs and system integrations
- Experience with AI/LLMs (e.g., OpenAI or similar technologies)
- Experience with chatbots, conversational flows, or automation systems
