Well-regarded law firm in Kent is seeking an Agricultural Property/Residential Property lawyer of 3 or more years’ PQE to join their established and highly regarded Private Client team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with partners and colleagues advising on a wide range of high‑quality Agricultural/Rural and Residential Property transactions. This is not a volume conveyancing role. The focus of this role is on: • providing a meticulous, bespoke service to clients, many of whom have significant rural and landed interests; • matters range from the sale and purchase of substantial country houses and farming estates through to smaller parcels of agricultural land and individual fields.
