Responsibilities
- Engage with Product Owners and business users for backlog management and production support
- Design and implement workflows and business rules while ensuring application performance aligns with business goals
- Conduct testing, deployment, and validation of developed solutions
- Manage backlog in collaboration with Product Owners
- Develop and configure solutions using Majesco (ICD/ICM)
- Design rules for business processes using rules engines
- Support UAT and production environments
- Ensure applications meet performance metrics
