Agile Delivery Manager

Job Summary

Agile Delivery Manager – flexible hybrid schedule. Current work authorization for Canada is required. Work location: 483 Bay Street, Toronto until late 2026, then 3 Robert Speck Parkway, Mississauga.

Responsibilities

• Mentor multiple Agile teams and oversee end‑to‑end delivery of products or services using Agile methods.
• Facilitate agile processes such as sprints, stand‑ups, and ceremonies across multiple teams to drive alignment.
• Coach teams on Agile practices, troubleshoot issues, and provide mentorship to team members.
• Act as an expert Agile coach, supporting Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and engineering leads to enable continuous delivery of valuable increments.
• Remove impediments, resolve escalated issues, and keep teams productive.
• Track dependencies and work in progress to identify and address bottlenecks in end‑to‑end flow.
