Agile Coach
Job Description
Minimum 8+ years of experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master in multi‑team environments. Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Agile delivery models. Hands‑on experience with Agile tools (Jira, ADO, Confluence, etc.). Excellent facilitation, mentoring, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. Key Responsibilities:
Coach teams on Agile values, frameworks, and ways of working to improve delivery and collaboration. Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and cross‑functional teams. Identify impediments, elevate issues, and drive continuous improvement through feedback loops and metrics. Enable Agile adoption across programs by standardizing practices, terminology, and team maturity models. Promote a culture of transparency, learning, and high performance.
