Agile Coach Lead

What you’ll be doing

As a member of the Enterprise Capabilities and Organizational Agility team, you’ll play a key role in supporting CIBC’s transformation toward a more agile, client‑focused organization. As an Agile Coach Lead, you’ll partner with teams and leaders to adopt and embed agile principles and ways of working, driving business agility, performance, and client‑centered delivery. You’ll enable high performance through data‑driven insights and agile operating models, while shaping a culture of empowerment and meaningful outcomes. You will also help address organizational challenges and support capability development across the business.
