We are seeking a Patient Services Representative (PSR) to support a U.S.based medical company. The PSR provides essential support to patients and medical offices by responding to questions about services received, billing status, insurance claims, and account balances. The position also involves contacting patients on pre‑collection lists, processing claims, resolving discrepancies, and escalating cases appropriately.

Shift: Lunes a viernes 10am a 7pm

Responsibilities

• Assist patients, insurance companies, and legal offices with questions related to medical services and billing.
• Contact patients listed on pre‑collections to discuss balances and payment options.
• Escalate unresolved or complex cases to supervisors or management.
• Accurately document all account interactions following HIPAA‑aligned privacy standards.

Skills

• Experience in customer service, collections, or call center operations.
