Agency Growth Manager (Premium) - TikTok LIVE

Responsibilities

• Agency Management:
  • Design TikTok LIVE LATAM's agency growth strategy for recruiting, retaining, and scaling agencies on the platform.
  • Design agency benefit system and growth program to incentivize better performance and sustainable revenue growth.
  • Conduct day‑to‑day management directly with agency managers and creators to materialize and iterate strategic programs.
  • Provide additional support for content and platform guidelines.
  • Build LIVE showcases with successful agencies and increase positive impact within the agency community.
  • Collaborate with internal and cross‑functional teams on in‑app and out‑of‑app campaigns to drive participation and results.
  • Monitor results metrics, analyze, and generate operational insights for improvement.
