Agency Distribution Manager

The Agency Distribution Manager (ADM) is responsible for expanding and strengthening Nova’s exclusive agency channel, driving profitable growth through a sales-driven and entrepreneurial culture. This role plays a critical part in advancing the agency distribution as a core pillar of Nova’s growth strategy.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the ADM leads a team of exclusive agents, providing coaching, guidance, and strategic direction to drive sales excellence, business growth, and member engagement.

The ideal candidate is a proactive and results-oriented professional with proven experience in agent development, recruitment, and performance management.
