- Strong internal/external customer service (professional, attentive, timely)
- Maintain ticketing system accurately for customer calls, texts, and emails
- Work extended hours, weekends, holidays, and during overflow calls
- Manage large amounts of inbound/outbound communications for both Parts & Service
- Identify and document customer needs, research issues, and provide solutions
