Key Responsibilities

• Monitor workflow using TV systems at each workstation to ensure employees are working on the correct jobs in the correct sequence, according to due dates.
• Assess performance by regularly checking each worker’s output to ensure they meet required standards.
• Address bottlenecks, identify production bottlenecks and collaborate with the Day Team Lead or Management to resolve them quickly.
• Quality assurance: ensure completed orders are packed and shipped correctly, matching output to the signed art proof for a 100% quality check.
• Team coordination: reallocate team members to different production tasks to cover absences or vacations as needed.
• Shift hand-off: complete the handoff from the Day Team Lead and leave detailed notes at the end of the night for the Morning Team Lead to ensure continuity.
