Afternoon Production Team Lead

We are looking for an organized and proactive Afternoon Production Team Lead to oversee our production team and ensure smooth operations during the 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor Workflow : Use the TV systems at each workstation to ensure employees are working on the right jobs in the correct sequence, according to due dates.
• Assess Performance : Regularly check each worker's output to ensure they meet the required standards.
• Address Bottlenecks : Identify production bottlenecks and collaborate with the Day Team Lead or Management to resolve them quickly.
• Quality Assurance : Ensure completed orders are packed and shipped correctly. Match output to the signed art proof for a 100% quality check.
• Team Coordination : Reallocate team members to different production tasks to cover absences or vacations as needed.
