About the Role
As part of the Malvern PanalyticalCustomer Successteam, you will drive growth in after-sales revenue by selling the full portfolio of service products to existing customers. You will focus on strengthening long-term customer relationships, increasing retention, and maximizing customer value throughout the equipment lifecycle.
This is a proactive, customer-facingsalesrole where you willidentifyand develop aftermarket opportunities within your regional customer base.It’san individual contributor role with no people management responsibilities.
You will be accountable for forecasting, managing, and achieving annual Order and Sales targets, contributing directly to the growth of MalvernPanalytical’sservice business.
