Job Description
Enhance after-school experiences for lower school students as a dedicated Supervisor. Promote a safe, welcoming environment through supervision and relationship-building in a classroom and playground setting.
As the After-School Care Supervisor, your focus will be on ensuring student safety and wellbeing during after-school hours. You will engage in organized activities that encourage positive social interactions and provide effective communication with parents. Collaborate with the team to uphold high standards and a nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee outdoor and indoor supervision of students
• Model and reinforce conduct expectations
• Support safe pick-up procedures and transitions
• Build rapport and foster peer respect among children
• Share observations with colleagues for improved care
Requirements:
• Prior experience with children in JK–Grade 6
