Job Description
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform repairs on Kinova products;Electronic defect analysis;Soldering and repair of electronic components;Mechanical repairs;Take charge of customer returns concerning robotic products and ensure complete follow-up of the internal process in place;Carry out the tests required to reproduce the problems reported by the customer, complete the analyses to determine the defective components, and carry out the necessary maintenance, repairs, and upgrades;Carry out the necessary tests and calibrations to ensure the conformity of our robotic products to their original specifications, and follow up with the production engineering group;Complete internal documentation required to comply with ISO 13485 standards;Contribute to the implementation and support of internal processes;Perform rigorous analyses based on unusual problems and involving rare known practices;Demo...
