You’ll apply the AEO Selling Model to create meaningful connections and share your enthusiasm for AE & Aerie. Whether on the Salesfloor or assisting at Cash & Wrap, your adaptability will shine.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model principles
• Share knowledge about AE & Aerie product lines
• Encourage participation in the AEO loyalty program
• Support entire store functions as needed
• Resolve customer concerns while adhering to policies
