Flexibility in your scheduling will allow you to work during high-traffic shopping times like weekends and holidays, aligning with customer preferences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Connect with guests using the AEO Selling Model
• Educate on AE & Aerie product features
• Advocate for the AEO loyalty program
• Transition between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, and Fitting Room
• Address guest concerns with innovative solutions
