Responsibilities
- Participation in M&A, debt and capital market operations
- Corporate reorganizations
- Estate and succession planning
- Drafting documents in Portuguese and/or English (meeting minutes, contracts, reports, Power Point presentations, Excel spreadsheets, legal opinions)
- Assisting junior lawyers and interns with document review, guidance, and agenda control
Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of experience in Corporate for a Junior candidate
- 4 to 6 years of experience in Corporate for a Mid-level candidate
- Postgraduate completed or in progress in Corporate Law, Accounting or related fields
- Knowledge of accounting considered a differentiator
