Join the mission to support First Nations families as a Family Reunification Advocate. This role involves advocating for families in the Child and Family Services system to achieve successful reunification.
As a key support under the Director of Children and Families, your goal will be to help families navigate their Brave Path effectively. You will work closely with caregivers to set and fulfill goals, ensuring strong support connections to vital resources.
Key Responsibilities: • Attend case conferences for client file insights • Collaborate with families to assess their needs • Uphold confidentiality and Informed Consent principles • Build positive relationships with parents and agencies • Maintain up-to-date client records for tracking
