Responsibilities

Public Policy Monitoring, Research and Briefing: Monitor developments related to Bombardier’s political and strategic objectives, prepare briefing documents and presentations, conduct research on public policy, ensure timely communication to key actors, internal consultations on public policy issues, formulate positions.

Government, Parliamentary and Industry Stakeholder Outreach and Monitoring: Provide liaison services to Bombardier units in relations with federal, provincial and foreign governments, keep an expanding log of key files and contacts, develop and implement strategies to expand the company’s reach and visibility, develop and implement advocacy strategies and tactics to address policy and regulatory issues.
