Job Overview
As a Lifemark physiotherapist, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team dedicated to supporting seniors’ mobility and health. You will provide evidence-informed care plans, educate patients and families, and contribute to a patient‑centered care environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop personalized, evidence‑informed care plans to support individual rehabilitation and wellness goals.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient‑centric care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Mentor and lead the next generation of clinicians when assigned.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay current with best practices.
- Utilize e‑charting and digital communication tools to streamline workflow.
