Role Overview

We are looking for an Adoption & Change Management (ACM) Consultant to support client organizations through transformation initiatives, with a strong focus on user adoption, process change, and stakeholder engagement.

As an ACM Consultant, you will work within a collaborative consulting team structure designed to balance autonomy, support, and exposure.

Key Responsibilities

Support change management and adoption activities across client transformation programs

Contribute to the design and execution of change, communication, and adoption plans

Engage with stakeholders at multiple levels, including senior leadership and C-level executives, with professionalism and credibility
