About the role

We’re seeking a Microsoft 365 Change Management Consultant to work with our Modern Workplace Collaboration team. The team focuses mainly on the Microsoft 365 space, including Copilot, Purview, SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, and related solutions. We handle projects ranging from migrating thousands of users to the cloud to building SharePoint Online meta‑tagging strategies, rolling out Microsoft Copilot, and guiding clients with security roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and guidance to clients around Adoption and Change Management, as well as Organizational Change Management.
• Deliver training and workshops to clients.
• Provide training on various Microsoft 365 solutions to clients and end users.
