Job Description
We seek a candidate that has the following basic experiences in General Admin duties, Purchasing and accounts that posses the following attributes: presentable, outspoken, detail orientated, customer orientated, attention to detail, meticulous with a bubbly personality.
Key Responsibilities
. Assisting Quotes, Invoicing, Goods and consumables purchasing, Debtors and creditors account management, plan delivery routes.
- Assisting with daily general office tasks, printing of labels, handling calls/emails, and organizing information.
Essential Skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal).
- Proficiency with computers and relevant software.
- Meticulous,Attention to detail and problem-solving.
Mon to Thur- 7am to 5pm Fri 7am to 4pm
Able to work overtime during the week.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R7 500,00 per month
