Position Overview
Our client in Waterloo Region is looking for an Administrator to join their team in a full-time role. This position will start on a contact basis with the potential for permanent hire for the right individual. The administrator will provide administrative support to the team for projects based in Ontario and the U.S. Salary will start between 50-55K with potential increase on permanent hire, hours 8-5 Monday to Friday in the office.
Duties
- Scheduling all team members for project installations as well as service/maintenance scheduling
- Coordinate and organize all project documentation from initial contact with the customer to final closeout of the project
- Ensure on-time delivery of materials and parts to project sites
- Order supplies as needed
- Set up all jobs in the project management software including employees assigned and technical drawings
