What’s on offer?
We are looking for an Administrator to join our team on a full time, permanent basis, providing high‑quality administration support to the Mildura production and contracting teams, and supporting the delivery of our contracts in the region.
You will work closely with operational teams and other key stakeholders to ensure our office, systems and processes run smoothly and efficiently.
You will be responsible for:
Providing admin support to the Mildura production and contracting teams, including calls, emails and general office/crib room tasks
Maintaining job files and registers (jobs, SWMS/SDS, plant) and entering data into systems such as Salesforce, Maximo, Benchmark
Supporting accounts payable/receivable – purchase orders, invoice processing and coding, vendor/client set‑up, credit card reconciliation and creditor payments
