How will you make a difference?
- Handle inbound phone calls, screen, and direct them to the appropriate departments, providing initial basic support to customers and suppliers
- Perform daily office walkthroughs to ensure organization and execute the end-of-day closing checklist (lights, equipment, doors)
- Quote office supplies and purchase pantry/cleaning materials, marketing services (booths, spaces at fairs, and events), and promotional materials and gifts (swag)
