Job Description
Overview
You’ll be joining Equativ as part of the LATAM Admin & Finance team, supporting processes for Mexico, Miami, and the rest of LATAM, and working closely with internal administrative, accounting, and finance stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Work alongside the Administrative‑Finance Specialist to identify opportunities for growth and process improvement.
- Support daily administrative tasks including billing, credit notes, payment application, and collections.
- Propose and implement client support solutions, ensuring timely follow‑up and long‑term trust.
- Communicate effectively across teams and maintain high standards of organization and accuracy.
- 2+ years of experience in administrative or similar roles.
- Strong organizational and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
- Fluent in Spanish; English proficiency is a plus.
