Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide operational and technical support of administrative activities
- Ensure that correspondence, invoices and reports remain in the correct arrangement
- Efficiently handle mail, telephone calls and messages
- Be in charge of information flow through business communication tools
- Schedule appointments, coordinate events, write meeting minutes
- Maintain inventory, ask for office supplies to be delivered
- Arrange information filing system, management and tracking spreadsheets
- Project a professional image through in-person interaction with clients, provide positive customer experience to make them confident in service and offerings
Employment Requirements
- 6 months of clerical experience is required
- Secondary school diploma is required
- Education in study fields related to Health and Safety is an asset
