Korok is looking for a dynamic and motivated administrative assistant to join our team. You are a person who's not affraid of engagement and is organised, this job is taylored for you!
Responsabilities :
- Answer customer basic questions about our products or services.
- Redirect incoming leads to the related sales representative
- Create quote and order entry into the system
- Track leads and sales opportunities until the sale is closed. (Sales cycle)
- Plan and manage the installation process of our equipment
- Manage deposit and final payment with our customer
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system (Zoho).
- Generate weekly, monthly and quarterly report.
Requirements :
- Native english speaking is a huge advantage
