**About this role**

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Provide high‑quality administrative and business management support to the Institutional Client Business team
+ Own end‑to‑end diary management for senior personnel, including proactive scheduling, prioritisation of meetings, resolution of conflicts, and coordination across multiple international time zones
+ Act as a trusted gatekeeper, managing internal and external meeting requests thoughtfully and balancing competing priorities with sound judgment
+ Schedule and manage audio/video conference calls and meetings with multiple participants across regions
+ Support the broader team with travel coordination, expense processing, and general administrative needs as required
+ Facilitate team‑wide and firm‑wide events, offsites, and meetings, and manage ad‑hoc administrative assignments
