Admin Assistant to CTO
Job Description
1. Email & Communication Management
- Monitor, review, and prioritize the CTO's email inbox daily
- Identify urgent, non-urgent, and informational emails and segregate them accordingly
- Respond to emails on behalf of the CTO as instructed
- Filter and highlight emails requiring immediate CTO attention
- Coordinate internal and external communication as required
2. Task Tracking & Follow-ups
- Track tasks assigned by the CTO and follow up with concerned teams or individuals
- Ensure tasks are followed through until closure
- Share timely updates and reminders with the CTO on pending and completed actions
3. Administrative & Personal Assistance
- Support the CTO with administrative and occasional personal tasks as required
- Assist with document preparation, printing, signatures, and coordination activities
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
