Responsibilities Restores, maintains and enhances the recovery of clients seeking help for addiction and/or addiction related impacts by implementing various modalities of addiction recovery programs.
Preference for this position will be given to HSAS members in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement.
Experience Equivalent of education and experience may be considered
Education Addictions Counselling diploma
Licenses Valid Class 5 driver’s license
Competencies Advanced problem solving skills
Knowledge & Abilities
Knowledge of addictions interventions involving drugs, alcohol or tobacco
Ability to work as a member of a multi-disciplinary team
