Candidates must possess RN registration, BCLS certification, and a minimum of two years in medical or surgical nursing. Your role will include care coordination, mentorship, and leading project initiatives while ensuring effective patient documentation through computerized systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive nursing care for geriatric patients
• Develop and coordinate individualized care plans
• Document patient care accurately using computerized systems
• Participate in leadership activities and committee work
• Mentor nursing students and new staff effectively
Requirements:
• Valid RN registration with Ontario's College of Nurses
