Job Description
As activities assistant, you provide and supervise enrichment opportunities to meet the physical, social, cultural, spiritual, emotional, and recreational needs of each patient/resident. You assist the care team and residents' families helping residents reach their highest potential.
You will:
Provide resident activities on a group and individual basisPromote and follow the monthly schedule of activitiesDocument medical records regarding residents' attitude, participation level, etc., and attend care conferencesReport to the activities directorYou currently:
