Join Baubap as Acquisition & Growth Manager and own the scaling of profitable users end-to-end, from first touchpoint to first loan disbursement, while maintaining strong and sustainable unit economics.
This role goes beyond paid media execution.
You will be the owner of the acquisition and in-app lifecycle journey, from signup, KYC and onboarding setup, through approval and first disbursement, ensuring we acquire users in the right, profitable segments.
As Baubap scales, the challenge is not growth at any cost, but growth with discipline: optimizing ROAS, LTV/CAC ratio and payback period, while aligning acquisition with risk, portfolio quality and long-term value.
You will be part of the Growth team, working closely with Retention and Monetization, cross-functional product squads, Data and Brand, as well as Product and Risk external teams, to build a scalable, efficient and predictable growth engine.
