Acquisition Coordination Lead, Supplies & Services
The Acquisition Coordination Lead is responsible for planning, sourcing, and general administration of all small, medium, and large supply and service contracts in accordance with public procurement policies and procedures that govern the University. The role performs all contract acquisition tasks, including planning, bidder prequalification, development of prequalified bidder lists, creation of detailed bid solicitation packages, coordination of bid analysis, supplier negotiations prior to award, and administration of day-to-day contract obligations after award, while managing and minimizing any change management of all service and construction type contracts.
Location: In-person, primarily at North Campus, Edmonton.
